Corrective gymnastics for middle-aged people is intended for anyone who wants to preserve muscle tone and increase the mobility of the entire body with the purpose of preventing and reducing the problems and hardships caused by modern lifestyle and intense work schedule. It is based on exercises aimed at correcting poor posture and imbalance of the body combined with Pilates and aerobics, as well as exercises of stretching and relaxation.

The goals of corrective gymnastics are to maintain or increase the volume of movement and muscle strength, increase muscular endurance and speed of movement, reduce pain, develop and improve motor coordination, improve body posture and prevent and correct various physical irregularities.
